第四屆中非青年創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)大賽

All relevant units,

由中國(guó)科學(xué)技術(shù)交流中心與湖北省科學(xué)技術(shù)廳共同發(fā)起的中非青年創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)大賽已成功舉辦了三屆。為貫徹落實(shí)2024中非合作論壇北京峰會(huì)的重要精神，落實(shí)《中非合作論壇—北京行動(dòng)計(jì)劃（2025-2027）》相關(guān)任務(wù)，我中心擬啟動(dòng)“第四屆中非青年創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)大賽”的籌備組織工作，相關(guān)事宜預(yù)通知如下：

Since 2022, the China Science and Technology Exchange Center and the Department of Science and Technology of Hubei Province have jointly hosted three sessions of the China-Africa Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition. To act in the spirit of the 2024 Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation and carry out the tasks of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation Beijing Action Plan (2025-2027), China-Africa Innovation Cooperation Center (CAICC) plans to launch preparatory work for the 4th China-Africa Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, the details of which are as follows:

一、活動(dòng)主題與內(nèi)容/Theme and content of the event

以“共創(chuàng)美好機(jī)遇 同享中非未來(lái)”為主題，聚焦數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)、人工智能、生命健康、現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)、綠色低碳、先進(jìn)制造等領(lǐng)域，旨在進(jìn)一步激發(fā)中非青年創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)活力，拓寬創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)合作空間，打造中非青年交流合作平臺(tái)，助力中非經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和人文交流。

With the theme of “Creating new opportunities for a shared future of China and Africa”, the event focuses on digital economy, artificial intelligence, healthcare, modern agriculture, green and low-carbon technology, and advanced manufacturing etc. The competition aims to further stimulate the innovation and entrepreneurship vitality of Chinese and African youths, broaden the space for innovation and entrepreneurship cooperation, and build a platform for China-Africa youth exchange and cooperation to facilitate China-Africa economic development and people-to-people exchanges.

二、參賽項(xiàng)目要求/Requirements of the entries

（一）項(xiàng)目類別/Categories of entries

1.計(jì)劃或已在非洲國(guó)家落地轉(zhuǎn)化的項(xiàng)目；

2.計(jì)劃或已在中國(guó)境內(nèi)落地轉(zhuǎn)化的項(xiàng)目。該類別參賽者應(yīng)為非洲地區(qū)國(guó)家公民，或?yàn)榘侵迖?guó)家公民的團(tuán)隊(duì)。

The entries are divided into two categories:(1) those intended to be or already put into practical application in African countries and (2) those intended to be or already put into practical application in China. With regard to the projects intended to be or already put into practical application in China, their teams should include citizens of African countries.

（二）項(xiàng)目領(lǐng)域/Fields of entries

項(xiàng)目領(lǐng)域包括數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)、人工智能、生命健康、現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)、綠色低碳、先進(jìn)制造等。

The entries are divided into several fields: digital economy, artificial intelligence, healthcare, modern agriculture, green and low-carbon technology, and advanced manufacturing, etc.

（三）其他要求/Other requirements

1.參賽項(xiàng)目原則上應(yīng)為2020年1月1日之后在中國(guó)或非洲境內(nèi)注冊(cè)成立的科技型中小微企業(yè)提出的項(xiàng)目，或由具備成立初創(chuàng)企業(yè)條件的個(gè)人或團(tuán)隊(duì)提出的項(xiàng)目。項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)容為發(fā)明創(chuàng)造、專利技術(shù)，或是通過相關(guān)研發(fā)實(shí)現(xiàn)的概念產(chǎn)品或服務(wù)。

2.參賽項(xiàng)目應(yīng)具有一定的科技創(chuàng)新性、良好的市場(chǎng)發(fā)展前景和可預(yù)期的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。參賽個(gè)人或團(tuán)隊(duì)?wèi)?yīng)對(duì)參賽項(xiàng)目的產(chǎn)品、技術(shù)及相關(guān)專利持有明確的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)，與其他任何單位或個(gè)人不存在知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)糾紛。

(1)In principle, the entries should be the start-up projects with conditions for establishing a company to operate, or science and technology start-up companies registered in China or Africa after January 1, 2020. The entries can be inventions or patented technologies, or conceptual products or services realized through relevant research and development.

(2)The entries should be innovative scientifically and technologically to some degree, with good market prospects and predictable economic benefits. Individuals or teams participating in the competition should hold clear intellectual property rights for the products, technologies, and related patents of the project, and there should be no intellectual property disputes with any other units or individuals.

(3) The winning projects of the 1st to 3rd China-Africa Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition are not allowed to participate in this competition.

三、參賽人員要求/Requirements of participants

1.應(yīng)為40歲以下（1985年1月1日以后出生）的中國(guó)或非洲國(guó)家公民，遵守大賽規(guī)則及中國(guó)法律法規(guī)；

2.能熟練運(yùn)用中文或英文在大賽期間進(jìn)行交流；

3.個(gè)人或團(tuán)隊(duì)形式參賽均可，個(gè)人不得同時(shí)以兩種形式報(bào)名參賽。個(gè)人或團(tuán)隊(duì)均僅限報(bào)名一項(xiàng)參賽項(xiàng)目。以團(tuán)隊(duì)形式參賽的，每個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員人數(shù)不少于3人，不多于6人，允許跨單位（高校、企業(yè)等）和跨國(guó)別組隊(duì)。團(tuán)隊(duì)成員來(lái)自不同國(guó)家的，應(yīng)商定其中一個(gè)國(guó)家作為參賽隊(duì)國(guó)別。

(Ⅰ) Participants should be citizens of China or African countries under 40 years old (born after January 1, 1985), and abide by the rules of the competition and the laws and regulations of China. 

(Ⅱ) Participants should be proficient in using Chinese or English to communicate during the competition.

(Ⅲ) Participants can be individuals or teams, but each individual and team can sign up for only one entry. In the case of team participation, the number of members of each team shall not be less than three or exceed six, and people from different organizations (universities, enterprises, etc.) and different nationalities are allowed to form teams. If members of a team are from different countries, it should be determined that the team represents one of the countries.

四、賽事安排/Agenda of the event

（一）參賽報(bào)名（2025年6月-9月）/Registration (June to September, 2025)

大賽通知將于2025年6月發(fā)布，面向中國(guó)和非洲征集參賽項(xiàng)目。符合參賽條件的人員可下載并填寫參賽報(bào)名表，根據(jù)實(shí)際情況選擇對(duì)應(yīng)的初賽區(qū)域，并將報(bào)名表發(fā)送至指定郵箱。（海外參賽項(xiàng)目可自行選擇一個(gè)賽區(qū)報(bào)名；所有項(xiàng)目不可重復(fù)選擇賽區(qū)，一經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn)，將取消參賽資格）。

Since the release of the preliminary notice in June, participating projects are collected. Participants are required to send the registration form to the email address of their competition zone according to their location (see contact information for details. Overseas projects can choose any one competition zone to register. All projects cannot choose multiple competition zones, and once discovered, the eligibility to participate will be canceled). 

（二）初賽 （2025年10月）/Preliminary Competition (October, 2025)

2025年10月，五大賽區(qū)的初賽將分別在北京、上海、廣州、成都、武漢舉辦。詳細(xì)日程請(qǐng)關(guān)注各賽區(qū)協(xié)辦單位的具體通知。

In October 2025, the preliminary round of the competition will be held in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu, and Wuhan. Please pay attention to the specific notifications from co-organizers for detailed schedules.

（三）決賽 （2025年11月）/Final (November, 2025)

2025年11月，進(jìn)入決賽的參賽者個(gè)人和團(tuán)隊(duì)將受邀前往武漢參加決賽，進(jìn)行線上線下相結(jié)合的項(xiàng)目路演和答辯。大賽設(shè)置一等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)；二等獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng)；三等獎(jiǎng)3項(xiàng)；同時(shí)設(shè)立“最佳創(chuàng)意獎(jiǎng)”、“優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)”等獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)。

In November 2025, the qualified individuals and teams will be invited by CAICC to come to Wuhan to participate in the final, doing project presentations and Q&A online or offline. In the competition, there is 1 first prize; 2 second prizes; 3 third prizes. The competition also has awards such as Best Creative Awards, Awards of Excellence, etc.
